Lvl 5 co-op commanders

I’ve logged in the game after couple of months - still my three main commanders are at lvl 5. I can’t see any related active posts. Problem was solved for everyone except me?

Hey CrushTest,

The issues had been fixed for several weeks. However, it just started up again a couple days age. (There’s a good handful of posts in the Bug Report forum). For you, it may have just been a case of bad timing.

same problem here 2 days ago there’s no problem but yesterday the bug got me
while i confuse that other using 3 free comander did not affected

I am having the same problem because i was grinding levels for raynor and got him at level 12 but the next day he went back to level 5 for some reason

I am having same problem as well. I have fully logged out and relogged in but lvl 5 isnt changing and I am frustrated from it. How can it be fixed?

I’m having this issue with commanders that I own, any word on how to fix or is it a sit tight and wait for Blizzard to do something

from what ive seen from all the recurrences is its generallya few days wait period as blizzard bandaids it on the backend this jsut happened to my SO just today and everything weve looked into for trouble shotoing points back to were at blizzards mercy but its usually a quick fix on their end

waiting for a few days after the issue of all my commander change to level 5, yet the problem still havent been fix

HI support, I am facing the same issue as well.

My commanders are all at lvl 5 and i have waited for a few days.

My friends and I are having the same lv5 issue.

All of my Commanders are cap at level 5. Not to mentioned that Heart of the Swarms and Legacy of the Void campaign can’t be played too.

Having the same issue. I’m playing with a friend and he is also cap same as me. My Karax was level 16 with prestige 2. I was trying to play some other free heroes but they are also cap. Is there anyone fixing this now or it’s really like this now?

My co-op commander all are level 5 and the Heart of the Swarm campaign along with Legacy of the Void can’t be played.

Mine as well. All commanders capped at lvl5. And can’t even access parts of the single player campaign that I bought several years ago.

But remember guys, Blizzard Activision is just a small indie company that had like 17000 employees,and made around 2.2 billions a year in 2020, according to wikipedia.

I believe they don’t have the capability to help us and fix the problem fast since they “already abandoned the game for 4 years”, and the fault was on us because we didn’t make them to think that we didn’t give them the money so that they can maintain the server in a good state :frowning:

So get rich or take that L,and accept the fact that Starcraft 2 is a dead game and feel blessed since the mighty Blizzard still leave one or two poor guy to response to our complains , WHY SHOULDN’T YOU BE THANKFUL? YOU POOR LITTLE CONSUMERS?
