I’d say, they could have decided to take the entire thing down those four years ago. And little rants like this would have been exponentially furious, filled with this same drivel except ‘fix the game’ being replaced with ‘anything to keep playing’.
So mad, so dramatic, so ungrateful, all while the game still can be played, when that has never been a requirement.
The game is still can be played you said ? As a player who only play the PVE content of this game I strongly disagree with that statement. I can’t enjoy the game in my own way through playing and testing the build since I can’t experience the commanders in a full extent.
Yeah, you can say that the co-op commanders are still in a playable state, but Pleaaaaase remember that you guys put the a huge part of contents of those commanders behind a pay wall which is the contents beyond level 5.
Oh, and you said I’m so mad, so dramatic, and so ungrateful ? Maybe just because I can’t experience the part of the game that I paid for ? Can you imagine that if you can just be HUMBLE a little bit, fix the problem of your server ,and maybe,just maybe there won’t be this much of these so-called situations like this?

They are having a sale now and refuse to fix the problem. Interesting.
My situation now is American server is recovered, but the Asia server still capped at LV5
I’m already playing at the American server. I don’t want to wait for them to fix it.

I think the only thing we can do is waiting the Blizzard technical department to solve it…
I was going to purchase some commanders, but why bother when this bug keeps happening. Update on the sale, but no fix on the bug. Blizzard, get your act straight!
Little update: Seems like it’s solved, at least in terms of me.
But I heard that the asia server might just be fixed partially according to my community.
Its now resolved on asia server. All my commander level is back but i’m not playing it yet. Anyway, Thanks for Blizzard Team for fixing this.
