I’m having the same problem.
My three commanders also reset, they were all level 73.

Yeah, happened to me too. Hoping to get a fix from Bliz soon.
Be sure to watch the thread over in the TS forum that Bliz is tracking and using for updates.
hey is anyone having any problem with the three basic commanders raynor, kerrigan, artanis? those three basic commanders have had their levels reduced back to 5 for some reason. Blizzard if you are reading this post thread plz fix this bug as soon as you can. thank you.

I have the same iisue too, all my free commanders got reset to level 5
When I try to level them, it say “level capped”

This happened to me too, Kerrigan went to level 5!
Me too, karrygan, Artanis and Rayner are back to level 5, after i get all the prestigys and levels

There is no direct email to Bliz support. However, in the TS forum, there are main threads where Bliz is tracking reports and where you want to watch for any updates.
Happened to me as well with artanis, raynor and kerrigan.
This happened to me too, what is the problem, it is a bug? the starcraft server had been hack?
same with me. all of my kerrigan progress is gone. good ol blizzard doing blizzard things

yeah this happend to me as well even after 10 log out still level five tried to play and after that is said Capped on this Hero until a purchase.
Sadly me as well, my progress with raynor is capped in level 5 and the other free commanders.
Just to remind folks:
