Happening to me too! Raynor Kerrigan and Artanis are stuck at lvl5 when I reached lvl15 with all three. For me, it showed me a messaged that said I needed to Purchase them to unlock further levels.
I have the same issue I had Raynor at Mastery lvl 33 and Kerrigan /Artanis both close to 1st prestige and they all got reset to lvl 5 and capped!
my raynor commander has also been reset not sure of any others as i mainly play jim raynor
Same problem for me with also Artanis. I am lvl 44⌠but the commander is back to lvl 5 (Iâm not playing again coop until is fixedâŚ)
Iâve have the same issue, the base three heros in Co-op have reset to level 5.

Same suddenly happened to me
same issues started as of yesterdayâŚraynor, kerrigan, artanis reset to 5 when all previously were higher. Also notice karax rest to 5 as a purchased commander as well. all others at full mastery with points assigned appear as normal.

My commander (Artanis) doesnât leave lv 5, he was at lv 77, I demoted to activate mastery and since then the message: limited level has been appearing.
Add me to the list. Any ETA? Seems this happens often after a patch.
Same here: Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis - All bugged out to cap at level 5.
I have the same problem with Raynor AND Artanis.
Only ant LVL 5 and I canât upgrade them. (The both was already on lvl 60).
What should, what can I do?
ps: I reloged, restarted, nothing changed.
Also bugged out, Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis all stuck at 5. I had definitely maxed out Artanis a long time ago.
