this is happening to me as well! Raynor stuck at level 5.

Same happened. This morning 02/10 (CMT (-6)), around 9AM, playing Co-op, my Kerrigan character had just hit level 13 in 3rd prestige before logging and going to work, this evening at 20:30 my character is at exactly 5500/5500xp Level 5.

I have the same issue today when I log in Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis were all in lv 5 when I had them in lv15.

This has just happened to me with Kerrigan. What is the proper course for correction?

Just got the same issue with Raynor (was level 14) and Artanis (was level 9). Only happened to Raynor and Artanis. Logged out/in didnā€™t work as well. Pretty sure I had been playing the same server.

I just had this issue as well. Was playing Artanis with free-to-play account, after playing a mission where I leveled up to 11, when I got back to the commander select screen, he was back to 5. Tried logging in and back out, tried shutting down battle net app and starting it back up and logging in, nothing works.

When I log in in game, or launch the game logged in from battle net app, I get a server down kind of error with a ā€œPlay offlineā€ CTA for a few seconds before it successfully logs in and connects to the server.

Same login issue here. Repeats every time, as well. Even went as far as restarting modem to make sure it wasnā€™t an actual connection issue.

Iā€™m having this issue with Raynor. Iā€™ve had him at level 15 for some time now but for some reason when I logged in today heā€™s back at level 5. Iā€™ve relogged several times, even ran the full repair tool, no dice, still stuck at level 5.

Both my Artanis and Raynor seem to have the same problem right now from lvl 13 Artanis and 14 Raynor to both lvl 5.

Same problem for me with Raynor, also connection to NA server was terrible 2 last days

It tells me that commanders are now capped at level 5 unless I purchase the game.

Iā€™m playing on free version.
Was this a part of the new patch? Why the unannounced change?

This is an old thread whose issues arenā€™t related to whatā€™s currently going on.

But, as to the issues that started sometime yesterday, Bliz is aware and is investigating.

I have been playing SC2 for years and i logged in today and all the begging commanders kerrigan raynor artanis and stukov are all set to level 5 with max experience yesterday i was lvl 12 with raynor as i was grinding out his prestige levels it still shows mastery 94 for all the other commanders and max level

Same issue here, basic three Co-Op Commanders levels set to 5 and are not leveling up. Prestige progress and mastery levels are still there.
