same pb since 2 days, i m on EU server and can t play, if i choose US server then i can play (of course without my roster)
Ye same here, game hasnt worked since Friday for me. Friends can play on EU though

In ARAM i can click on “Ready” and after clicking I get this message:
“There was a temporary problem with your request. Please try again.”
In Ranked it is not possible to click “Ready”, above the button I get this message: “Unmet Requirements: You currently don’t meet the requirements to play in this league. This may be caused by temporary store unavailability.”
In Unranked it is not possible to click “Ready”, above the button I get this message: “You currently don’t meet the requirements to play Draft. This may be caused by temporary store unavailability.”
Quick Match and Versus A.I. shows no hero and “Ready” button is not clickable.
In my collection is no hero and almost no other item.
I played my last game on 2024-11-20 and watching this replay is possible.
I did not change any game setting.
I have all heroes unlocked, no unopened loot box and some k gold (don’t know how much since it does not show at the moment).
Same here, i cannot play on EU servers with my account. If i go to Americas or Asia it works, but i have lvl 1. Stupid bug!

Hello guys. I see, I’m not the only one with this problem. There has been a problem with the store for two days. “store temporarily unavailable”. I can’t choose a character in the game. The only place I can choose is in training, but only one character. Unfortunately you can’t even get it to work. I don’t have characters, skins, I can buy them in the store - a few icons and that’s it. I will add that when I play with someone - I try to play with someone, I see who they chose and what skin they have, but I can’t choose anything. It works on other servers, but you have to start from lvl 1. So all over again. It turns out that it is not our fault and something went wrong on the manufacturer’s side. I uninstalled the game, the Blizzard application, cleaned my computer and nothing. I came back and still “you can’t use the store temporarily” and the same problems, I can’t play against bots, people or ARAM…ehhh. My friend is doing well and said that when choosing a team, my profile is not visible, although I can see it

I can confirm that we’re aware of this issue, which has been affecting players in Europe over the weekend, and our engineers are looking into it.
Some of you mentioned being able to play using another account, are you using this account to play in EU? If so, can you please provide the BattleTag of this account (you can post it, and then edit your post to remove it if you wish to hide it).

I can play on one of my EU accounts, i cannot play on the other EU account.
Buch#2275 - Can’t play on EU.
No problem getting into the game client itself, but I have these issues;
No heroes unlocked.
No items (mounts, sprays etc).
Due to having no heroes I can’t queue for a game, or even play a “vs AI” game.
I am able to play the tutorial without problems.
I can’t see my amount of shards, gems or coins.
Boost shop is empty.
Can’t see my 80+ loot chests.
I can see my match history just fine.
No trouble viewing summary, progression and statistics.
Multiple of my friends whom I used to play with daily do NOT have these issues. I have tried everything. This appears to clearly be some kind of issue with my specific account.
I am not allowed to post links, but I have a collage of pictures, showing what my account (and I assume plenty of other peoples accounts) have been looking like for the past 4 days.
Please, fix this ASAP <3
