It’s been almost 5 days I think, I also tried everything from drivers to client reinstallations and nothing has helped, I’m glad we finally got an official reply, this is a very serious issue it’s like the servers don’t synchronize with our accounts. Every time I log onto Battle Net HotS does this little download , and ever since the servers came down, this hasn’t happened, seems like a sync issue since there’s no gold or anything either.

On main account I have the problems mentioned by other players, but only on EU server (America works fine)
On alt account everything works normally on both servers.

I still have this problem and unfortunately it has not been solved for me yet. Everything in the game is locked, as if my account is completely gone. I tried with other regions and even other accounts, but there was exactly the same problem for them. And as soon as you know, I have been having this problem for more than a month now, but since I wasn’t playing, it didn’t matter much to me; And now that I want to play, it is important to me.
