I already contacted hat on reddit he refered me to customer service. i contacted a dev they dev said the ban is deserving i replied back that i disagree politly thank your for your effort i appreciate it anyway.
The only avenue left for me is my tickets i sent thats all i thats left for me i maintain i didnt bot and i wil continue to maintain that stance because its true.

You need to contact a lawyer. Most of them will work on contingency (meaning they won’t get paid until you do). Make sure to contact some gaming journos as well.

Sorry man, but here is the harsh truth. Your account is pretty much gone. Even if you do get it reviewed by a “human” (that is outsourced btw), this person is going to just follow a script that will result in nothing anyway. A permanent ban from Hearthstone cannot be rescinded unless you have ties with the company. Continue playing on your secondary account, but dont spend a lot of time on it or you might get flagged again.
Anyway il stil hang around and talk about cards at least i have made alot of friends here
