I trust players way more than I trust anyone at actiblizz.
Especially since their last “mission accomplished” banner literally had more players complaining about being banned than any real impact on bots.

what that post even mean
i never said i wasnt
If a fanboy is banned and he comes crying on this forum that he is innocent, you will have to tell them that they shouldn’t bot.
They think they have privileges by waxing the pumps of blizzard (he waxes the blizzard pumps but they have no privileges in reality, they waste their time for nothing at all), for blizzard you are just players among many others and if you take x report, you will be banned. You no longer have any GM on Blizzard games, it is the players who police the report system (x repport > automatic ban without human verification, we know the ultra toxic Blizzard community which reports everything and especially anything) .
Your level of fanaticism is so high that you need to consult a psychologist.
First off i wanna make it clear im not angry while responding im just tired of having to defend my name let me ask you this youve seen my posts right.
Youve seen me a long time ago before this come online and admit hey i was abit negative ladder help me cope.
Now if i can come online and humilaite myself by admitting this which is actually a good thing tyo humble yourself if your wrong.
Why would i lie about botting - only a fool lies to himself i do apologize if my tone might be upsetting its not my intention
Boreas i have nothing installed i didnt bot i didnt lie no if you dont believe me thats fine believe what you want buy thinking companies are immune from making mistakes is also wrong viewpoint to have sometimes ppl make mistakes i am guilty of unsportsmanline behaviour beacuse i played while severly tilted on ladder am i guilty of botting no.
i sent a ticket i sent two im waiting for a reply
The pessisims of the internet is something to behoid at times believe it or not i stil like their games even after they banned me i just feel they made a mistake.
You’re wasting your time chatting with a fanboy, for them blizzard is god, if tomorrow blizzard tells them “go get this thing” like you talk to a dog, they’ll go get what blizzard asks for.
Their fanaticism is so high it’s sick.
Blizzard must say (with a smile) we have a good little slave on the forum, he works for us for free (no salary, no benefits and no privileges).
i dont care if you think people should believe whatever you say no matter what i still find it hard to believe but im not 100% sure it cant happen why do you think i googled about it ?
and you posting stuff like this only damages you credibility
why would you write that in reponse my post about googling about false positives in blizzard games in the past ???
dont make stuff i didnt say when responding to one of my posts
you may end up needing to send more after that reply someone got banned from wow and had to appeal his ban 4 times
i mentioned the posibility of someone else boting using your pc because i know people been banned for sharing a PC with someone who uses bots on the same game (different account)
some even got banned for having a cheat/bot installed for a completely different game
being honest. I know.
whatever the printed weight of nearly 15000 posts would be just crushed any point you were trying to make. Into something that even technology 30000 centuries from now wouldn’t be able to find.
you are contradicting yourself …
Only to those who are defeated by a captcha.
Blizzard banned without any proof, their only proof is player reports. Their banning system is 100% illegal. To ban players, you need solid proof except that Blizzard doesn’t have any.
You can make as many requests to contest your ban, you will never be banned because in reality there are no cheat detection tools (I mean none), Blizzard finds itself banning by taking its players’ word for it (knowing that most of the players are not computer experts).
Their system of sanctions is completely illegal.
Only in the “gamer” sense. The lawyers of gaming companies are very smart on those things.
When you first played: you signed a document saying:
“We can do whatever we want even if it’s not in this Terms of Service document”
and yes: some countries do have laws against having a ToS being so abusive (ethically) but I don’t think that’s true for the US that Blizzard mainly cares about.
This is good, I am European and I can assure you that the clauses are abusive and I doubt that the banning system created without any analysis tools is very legal in the USA (I doubt that in the United States it is legal to convict an innocent person because a banishment is a condemnation).
Their only proof “the players” knowing that most are bad at computers, they do not have access to the server log to do analyses, look at the number of topics coming from players on this forum asking if it is a cheat or not then that it’s just a mechanic of the game (do we give the power to ban this type of person? answer no, it’s even dangerous to do so).
And who is going to care in EU? “Please don’t ban me in a video game”? Good luck collecting people paying for lawyers to do that.
That’s good, did you know that you could be your own lawyer?
Just ask Blizzard one thing, where are your irrefutable proofs to ban the players, Blizzard will respond we have x player report, I think the judge will burst out laughing upon hearing that, we just have to hammer home it’s That’s your proof. Even the most idiotic judge will condemn blizzard.
Even if I was a literal lawyer it might be a waste of time. Video gaming is extremely low priority to most people [to the point of running around courts of law for months or even years].
So will you sue them yourself?

I’m not banned from the game but if that happens, yes I will sue them. Because I don’t cheat, I hate cheating in all its forms.
I’m not going to let a crook company act with impunity.
In case someone is interested in practice about the legal argument here it goes like this,
Gaming companies often have a Terms of Service (ToS) which may say “we can do whatever we want even if it’s not in the ToS” etc and they make you sign it / click it/ accept it before you first play
However certain countries have laws that say “YOU CAN NOT EVEN MAKE THEM SIGN THAT” (because it’s considered too abusive and too open-ended) (the EU probably has that I believe)
Therefore the legal argument ends up being “you ask money from people and your ToS is void so don’t be bad to your customers”
At the end of the day it’s part of the argument “don’t let ToS documents dictate the law: let the law dictate law[on how a market/industry behaves]” and it’s good I believe as long as the laws are fair.
i dont think there is a law agaisnt banning players
i may have doubts when someone says he wasnt boting and was banned
but im sure you are lying when you say you know they dont have any detection tools there is no way for you to know that
i dont think there is a law agaisnt banning players.
See my latest reply. There are laws against having open-ended Terms of Service that do not have clear protections that are common in the industry.
Of course in depends on the country (the US probably doesn’t have many protections of that sort (maybe because Hollywood and other Industries want people to sign ridiculous non-disclosure-agreements that may be purely unethical maybe (I don’t know the history))).
One of our long time forumers got banned. This needs to be escalated to the Devs somehow and they will look into it. But how to approach it?
I would tweet at @RidiculousHat, he seems to be most responsive…
