My account got banned - how do i appeal this?

Ok here are two replays of me at rank 7 or 8

You can clearly start to see me get angry and tilted after each game and starting to concede alot earlier then usual

After some wins and losses i started to do this because i was losing and severly tilted
and started to do this

Somes did play a few turns and then concede anyway this was my last game before i was banned.

So because i afk close game i was considered a bot i reckon i was tilted i was not botting

Now do you believe you my friends all this happend wihtin the space of a few days

Yep those replay addresses work nicely. It seems like a good post to send to a web ticket, I doubt support will read this thread otherwise.

[PS if they send an unhelpful copy-pasted response to a web ticket: just don’t close the ticket and say “I want this read manually pls”]

I m gona fight to the end but yeh im sad that it feels like people here dont believe me you guys know me by now,

Sometimes i make mistakes but eventually i am old normal happy cheerfull self i wil admit i have issues in real life that anger me maybe that spillied over into the game idk.

At least people can now finaly realise i was telling truth :slight_smile:

The only evidence that Blizzard has for banning are the player reports, they say it themselves when an innocent person contests a ban “we received a lot of player reports” as if the players were qualified to know who is cheating or not, like if players had access to match logs.

You need solid evidence to ban someone, look how an innocent person struggles to be unbanned, it takes months and he has no compensation for this unfair ban? no it’s nothing, blizzard a terrible company.

I was supposed to be unsquelched an hour ago:

“Your account received a chat restriction penalty that is intended to expire around 15:36 UTC 8th of March 2024.”

Now it’s 16:31 UTC and I still haven’t been unsquelched.

not only do they issue actions unjustifiably, but it also doesn’t expire when intended, and the customer service is still ignoring me.

Hope you have better luck.

This is what Blizzard is, we ban who we want and when we want without any proof just via a reporting system by players (knowing that you have a lot of toxic players).

This doesn’t prove anything!! A fraudster could post replays of matches from different dates, as it is not possible to know the exact date of the videos! There are only players here and most of them don’t know about computers or computer science! What will really prove your alibi would be your HD, because even if you delete these illegal software or format your HD, if you installed this software on your PC, they will still remain there!! If you have never installed them on your PC, your biggest proof is your HD or SSD.
Your match replay videos prove nothing!! These videos are useless!! It just serves to fool the NOOBS on this forum! On many YouTube channels there are many videos of cheaters being banned from live streams, and the majority are North Americans!!

Creating software to check whether certain illegal software has already been installed on the current PC is not difficult to program!! Do you really think that the almighty Blizzard doesn’t do these checks before deleting the accounts of its own illegal users??

They can verify the dates of the replays with hs replay and their own data so no if i these were different dates i could tell these are the latest if you dont believe thats ok i klnow the truth believe what you want.

You say it yourself, a lot of people don’t know anything about computers except that Blizzard gave the power to ban players and after a certain number of reports the player is automatically banned (without any verification, moreover Blizzard tells players who contest their ban saying "you have been reported several times).

Don’t you find this contradictory in relation to your actions and what you say? since you defend blizzard.

Anyway, Blizzard with their blind banning actions has tarnished Microsoft’s image.

is hard for to trust when someone says he was banned for because people lie online a lot!

use the banned acount to appeal again i just googled a bit to check if something similar happened before and it took 4 appeals or more

is it possible you have some bots or cheat installed for something else (by you or someone you share your pc with ) ive read about people getting banned because of a cheat they have installed for another game

or because someone used a bot for the same game on the same pc

maybe you can ask them if there anything you can send them as a proof

Even if you post the current videos, you could have used the illegal software earlier this year or last year. What proves it is your HD or SSD, I think Blizzard should use some secret routine to check if any illegal software has been installed on the user’s PC. So while the game is running, there is a low-level code routine that secretly checks this information on the user’s PC. Do you really think that Blizzard is going to delete someone’s account without having done this check first?!
Be honest: did you install the cheat software or not?!

I did not install any software ever i play alot of hs i didnt work for 6 years i didnt need to bot i just played alot and i play alot of video games alot mostly hearthstone if you dont believe me thats on you my friend you ve seen me admit to what ive done when im wrong why would i lie about this i am tired of telling you i am innocent of botting no disrespect.

I am sorry for what i did in terms of my behavior however i did not bot i wil stand on this hill and not admit to something i did not do.
