iPhone 11. Same loop. Silly bug really, unacceptable
I have the latest Android update on my phone and was unable to play hearthstone while downloading it through Google play. However after hearing about the Amazon app store being able to download hearthstone I gave it a try and it works. After 24 hours of not being able to play it took me about five minutes to get Amazon app store to download after that it took the usual amount of time to download hearthstone again only this time I was actually able to login to the game completely and see my daily quests donāt know why it works but it does everyone else thatās still having trouble should try this if you want to play

Mine is stuck too. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling twice. I have a Samsung J3.

Me too Samsung tablet worked fine few days ago, aftervthe update broken as. Half the time will get stuckon the doors or just freezes once music starts.
Same problem. Completely reinstalled several times. Hoping it gets resolved today. I wouldnāt be too upset but this is the only game i actually pay forā¦

Just want to say that iām also unable to play the game on mobile since the update ā¦ mine is a Motorola G6 and everything was fine until the patch ā¦ gonna try with the Amazon App store later but as of now, no luck in getting pass the loading screen.
Same. Cheap Alcatel phone, but Hearthstone has never crashed on it before this last patch. U/R did nothing to fix it.

Samsung Tab A and 2 days gone by and still doesnt work. I expect free packs after this shait!

Itās gotta be a memory leak. Havenāt ran tests, but visually, everything loads slower. It used to be the logo and icons would show up at the same time. Now, 1:logo 2:friends icon 3: battery icon 4: freeze.
I hope blizzard donāt make their game too clunky by trying to load too many features. Iād rather have a clean, fast and simple interface.
Same Issue, Samsung J6 keeps crashing everytime I launch the game, Cleared the cache, cleared the data, Restarted and Turned the phone off, uninstalled and reinstalled the gameā¦ sadly nothing changes, itās probably because of that latest update, and itās been crashing too on my PC saying something about my cards collection
Wasted quests because unable to load the game too. Who else is affected?

Still canāt play, having same issue where the app crashes. I emailed google play store support with an error log that auto generated after the 20th or so attempt
Still canāt play on my main device after this patch this week. This is insane. Iāve been able to download, update, and play on my Pixel 4XL, but I have not been able get through the main screen on my Pixelbook. I can go through the tutorial if I say I donāt have an account, but as soon as I try to sign in - it crashes.
Is there any update on when this will be fixed?

Anyone else can log in ? On Iphone 8 it works on my wifes phone, but on my phone Android, it doesnāt.

Cant get past the load screen without crashing. New seasonā¦ Same old bugs and tech issues on my Android.
