I’m using a Samsung A10 with android 9.0 and it crashes on the loading screen. Never had problems with hearthstone or any other app until now.

Back in November I was going to get back into hearthstone and got turned of by unplayable lag in battlegrounds. Come back and can’t even start the game this time.

Don’t expect anything untill Monday maybe Tuesday, they Don’t work on weekends.
Same issue for me. Moto E5 Supra - Android 8.0
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled no less than 5 times, still is not working unless I play as a guest.
Any guess when this will be fixed or are just going to leave Android players hanging?

I have the same problem with hearthstone in my
Samsung A10 (with android obviusly), the game just dosen’t load.
The whole thing comes down to trying to login to an account. Why is this so hard to grasp for the Devs? They fixed the iPhone issue with a new patch just for those users, however, their response for Android users is to switch to the version available thru the Amazon app Store yet not all phone and tablets will allow the user to install. And as of late, the last Blizz Tracker note was just asking us 2k plus Android users to be patient and that they are working on it. The 2k plus is confirmed as I went thru all the threads today and stopped counting after 2k complaints.

Same here on my old pos android. I get to the doors and poof
Same issue here. Android 7.1.1. I can get to the doors then the panning going inside the board then the app suddenly exits/shuts down.
I have the same problem with my Galaxy Tab T580. The game freezes on the Hearthstone logo in front of the doors. This start with the newest patch.

Moto Z2 Play, I am reporting the same crashing issue as everyone else. I have tried all of the necessary trouble shooting suggestions.
Can anyone verify what phones the game does work on without side loading the APK?

I’ve got the same problem as most other users. It still doesn’t work on my phone running Android 8.1 , it freezes pretty much right after I started the app. (I tried reinstalling several times in the past few days, and I also made sure that’s the app has permission to Access memory)
Never had that problem with this phone until about a week ago, and it does work fine on my other phone which is running Android 10.
Update: works fine now, thanks to yesterday’s update
Uninstalled and re-installed using the Amazon store and it works now. Thanks to whoever suggested that.
