Tried that three times already still doesn’t work. Even did a complete uninstall clear my cache restarted my phone then reinstalled and it still doesn’t work

Tried that three times it still doesn’t work the app will not open to the main page keeps dumping me back to my home screen of my phone
Updated on my Samsung Tab S6 and completed a game with no problem.
That sucks dude, I really hope they fix it soon.
These disasterous patch releases need to stop.

I have a samsung A70 and have the same problem… Blizzard fix this. My phone runs on latest version of android and I did all the updates for the new battleground mode. +I really want to purchase the Kadgar hero so pls patch this quickly I beg.

I have an IPad and IPhone and both are saying go to App Store to download game after the patch.

same on iphone game send my to store to download?? then back and forth then crashes. seems there is always an issue after every update!

I reinstalled using the Amazon App Store and that worked.

I’m on an Samsung Android. Same problem. Never gets past the loading screen. I get pushed back to my desktop. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doesn’t help.

Some people were saying it works fine if you redownload it using the Amazon app store, so I decided to try it. I downoladed the Amazon app store to my phone instead of using Google Play and it worked. Not sure why, but it worked.

While its nice that it works that way… Players shouldnt need to have every single app store installed on their device(s) just to play a game where a patch breaks its accessibility

Same on my iPhone, although it doesn’t necessarily crash so much as it tells me to go back to the app store to download it. Still, same effect in that i can’t play the game on it

This stinks guys, we have a policy at my work. I work for an ISP and If you’re out of service for greater than 24 hours, you will receive compensation. I have given you my money. And at a time when I wish to enjoy the service, I cannot. This is not good customer service.

Same here. Works on my Pixel 4 phone and windows laptop but not on my Pixelbook - have reinstalled app…even reset book. I get to the point of logging onto the server but as soon as the tavern animation starts, the game freezes.
