Same issue here on my android phone. If I turn off my wifi I can load into the game through LTE.
Same issue Here! Doesnt work on ipad But works fine on PC… it works on my iPad if I Play on 4g But Not on wifi …

Same problem. Attempted fixes that rendered no solution:
Deleting cache folders in ProgramData.
Deleting folders in AppData.
Scan/Repair install.
Resetting router (am connected through ethernet).
Resetting ingame settings through BattleNet launcher.
Logging in through another region’s authentication server.
Sometimes it will give me a network timeout error before passing the initial loading screen. Sometimes I will get a netcachecardvalues=1 error and it freezes, requiring a hard shutdown of the application from Task Manager. Sometimes the error is a hs:nt304:303:0 and also hard freeze. Most of the time it will pass the loading screen and sounds will start to play, and I can access the settings button and friend list button, but after a few seconds, it disconnects and says there was an error loading my collection.
I have heard from another Blizzard staffer that in some cases this may be an account-based issue with corrupted decks that can only be fixed serverside.

I play on all three servers (eu, america, asia) on windows10-pc (LAN) and android-phones (WLAN & mobile data).
For me the problem only occurs on asia-server, on all devices, mobile, LAN and WLAN.

Over 48 hours except I got on this morning for 1 game then it started again. It’s only on wifi for me if I use 4g it will run.
