I dont think it’s an account problem. It works on my phone but not my laptop
Also happens for me, Win 10, account works fine on android phone. Renamed appdata local and locallow folders. Error log:

I opened Hearthstone, whilst it was opening i exited battle.net client and now i’m in… temp fix for me or coincidence - just fyi
please dont tell us the problem will resolve by itself. thats more irritating than anything. it makes it seem as though you arent not going to do anything about the problem but you are willing to pacify us with worthless words. its obvioualy past 24 hours and still happening.

Randomly got in once and thought maybe someone from support saw my post and fixed my account, but tried to get in a few hours later and it is not working again.
Same error here. I can play in the morning but at 18:00 eastern time the problem happen. Thanks
If your game will occasionally load to the quests, but crash right after, try this: let the game load to the quests while minimized, then wait until you hear the Innkeeper talk and then reactivate the window and dismiss the quests. It is the only thing I’ve tried that has worked so far.

Sames issues here. Both with iPhone 7 and iphone10 and iPad. My new quests can’t be added due to this… Hope we’ll be compensated for the lost packs…

Over 24h. Now it’s not even possible to get past quest screen as it gives me message directly when rank for last month shows up.
Working earlier and then error message after slow load of game.
