[Main Thread] Network Problem while Loading Cards

For PC users - wait for tavern master’s sound, don’t click anything or even don’t touch your mouse and keyboard. After you hear the lovely ‘o-ho-ho’ you can start playing. Works for me 100%.

so… will you EVER fix this or should I just uninstall HS from my PC?
None of the workarounds actually work, no ETA on patch. Bravo.

Now getting an error trying to submit a ticket…

Thank you for this, I had all my dailies done and this was the only way to make it work for me.

this worked for me, thanks

same issue i am having still

I am also having this problem. Tried reinstalling as well

Over 24 hours, still happening

same issue here.Thanks

I’m on PC, same error message trying to log in. The “More help” link provided goes to a dead page with this:

Error code:
840f0548-77bb-4448-8eaa-938ba7f3e060

Still having issues Most of the time, and im giving up, I’ll wait to hear this is fixed rather than wasting time restarting the app over and over. a little irritated that it seems this is being ignored. oh well still a fun game and a decent app (most of the time anyways)

hi im also facing the same problem everytime go to main page straight away disconnects me

Same issue on my pc for the last 2 weeks or so. Uninstalled/ reinstalled, did not click on quest for mins after, change region and back. Nothing works. Now it’s happening on my android phone as well.

that’s because the problem is in the wifi connection. try to connect to 4G first, wait to load, start playing then switch back to wifi it will definitely work

MacOS Catalina 10.15.3: This bug happends systematically but the workaround with waiting 2-3 minutes is working! I tried to open new packs/ sell some cards from my collection, but quitting and starting Hearthstone, the bug is again reproducing.
I hope this help. Cheers!

Over 24 hours, still happening

same problem.!!!

It crashes right after the main screen shows up. I’ve tried some of the workarounds that other posters suggested but to no effect.

It seems that if a player does not have a quest, this workaround won’t work. At least it didn’t for me.
The region thingy was also a dud.

Update to my current situation: Still haven’t been able to log-in. Been over 2 weeks now. Tried every workaround known to man and none of it has worked, including everybody saying to “wait at the main menu…”. I even have 3 Quests sitting there, but waiting still doesn’t work. It immediately shuts down when it starts up. I even tried all of the advanced troubleshooting techniques that are list on the main page like releasing and renewing my IP address and cycling my routers and modem and still can’t log-in. Not really sure what’s taking so long if they have apparently identified the problem. Should have been fixed already or, at the very least, someone should have given us an update to the situation instead of letting us sit here like idiots.
