I’m still having this issue with problem loading card collection. This is getting very frustrating to say the least.

no idea what blizzard is doing with their servers. they’re the only company screwing these things up bad. asia server hasnt worked for like 2-3 months now, americas server works when it feels like it (usually not, though) and europe is fine…
if it wasn’t for this bug and game timing out or netcache errors,etc. etc.
i already started 3 other games like it, at least they work totally fine. if you wanna lose more customers just don’t do anything about it at all
So game works on the phone if I’m connected to data but not if connected to wi-fi. So a problem with my network? So what is the solution?
I can play on my work wifi but not my home wifi.
This is so frustrating because playing Hearthstone on mobile is the easiest way to lose.

Wow good job blizz. It’s been so long since your last message saying “ Hey dude just wait 24 hours and it will fix itself loooool” and when people replied that over 24 hours it still happened , you just don’t give a damn and then left people with no choice but to endure it. It has been 10 days since that useless message and not a word since. It shows how much you cares about your community. No wonder why your company is dying lmao

This “network problem” happens after clicking on quests that bounces out after game started, meanwhile the tavern master’s sound does NOT play, it may be a long lasting bgm related problem that i have warned you over and over again.
kicks me out of game once the quest log comes up…network error loading cards…please address

I also have the same problem on Windows and iPhone. Started happening right now… I was able to play games today… But the iPhone loads the game properly and goes straight away to that error message posted at the very top… and later the problem transitioned into never ending HS logo and a diff error you can see my post in multiplayer… with updates…

hi, try to wait several minute after quest log appeared nor try to wait the cinematic blizzard scene appear before do click. sry for my english
there is no room for waiting it’s just closes immediately

again, the problem here is the wifi where the hearthstone is having trouble connecting to the region server US, EU, ASIA
the workaround (temporary fix): connect to 4G at first. when hearthstone is loaded with no error, switch your network back to wifi. then you can start playing.
are you kidding me? there is no way to wait nor doin’ $hit 'cause it’s kick me asap
can confirm it, tried it right now on android and thats works without this stupid errors.
