Over 24 hours, still happening
the workaround solution works for me atm, will be back if even with that I get the error.
Over 24 hours not being able to play Hearthstone. Game loads but stops with “we ran into a network error…relaunch Hearthstone” or something like that.
I have the same problem. It is already 48 h.

happening to mine also was working fine yesterday morning but afternoon after the quest loads up dces and says disconneted from services having trouble loading your Card collection
Same issue has been happening for a few days since the patch. Mostly the “Ran into a network problem as we were loading up your collection”, but occasionally other errors. On Windows 10 PC.

Have the same problem. Reinstalled Hearthstone yesterday kinda fixed it. But had the same problem when I logged in today.

When i launch the hearthstone i dont click anything until pass 2-3 mins so with that doesnt closed … works sometimes

I have the same issue here.
On Windows 10 PC, and iPad, and iPhone.
Strangely it sorta worked once (out of about 10 tries) on iPhone, loading enough to show the new card changes, and new quest of the day… but then crashed with a similar message.

On iOS, been getting this error Over 24 hours, actually ever since the update launched. Have tried reinstalling twice. The message shows immediately after my “you got rank this month page”.
This worked for me! Aka, reset the HS in-game options.
