Same here. It worked for an hour or so and after that I was stuck with the playful sprites again
The issue persist for me on both PC and mobile
Okay 10+ days with this reoccurring issue is ridiculous. I am amongst the many players here who has spent a good amount of money on the game. For blizzard to not make a bug like this a top priority is hard to believe. You’d think they’d want players to return to their game not prevent them from doing so.

The issuue is still there.
Haven’t played in a few months. Tried today on a whim, was able to play battlegrounds for about 10 minutes. Got this error and it’s persisted for about 8 hours. In the NA region.
This problem is occurring for me. I cannot login on my mac or ios.
How can a multi-billion company not fix this gamebreaking issue within a few hours. We are waiting for more than a week now to be able to play your game, which most of us spent a lot of money on in the past. This should be top priority. I really can’t understand it.

Facts, haven’t been able to log in for 3 days, haven’t received a response for my support ticket in over a day. If it goes on for much longer I doubt I’ll ever play again.

Same story, the issue Is stile there, i opened the game After 3 years and i played Port 2 h and eent afk for lunch, and now it’s 3 days that i cannot log in European server, where i spento a lot of Money, i Hope you Will fix It soon because i love the game.

The error still persists. This is so disgusting. I can’t get rid of that account because your service goes bad to some people like that all of a sudden. In addition to being a game in which we have invested many hours and / or money in it, at least the least you should do is fix this or give a new account with the same content that we had unlocked in that region.
And to top it off, I was playing on the NA server because in the other regions they let me enter with my account, which makes the situation even more disgusting. The thing is, I claimed my Prime Gaming rewards and they are now in the other region and all because this service doesn’t work.

It’s so weird I was able to get in on my region finally for one day and was so happy I thought they fixed it. Now it’s back again… like how tf was it fixed for only a day?
It’s been several days of log in attempts, folder deletions, running diagnostics as is the routine blizzard runs us through. Got 2 responses, both of which state that they are working with the hearthstone team to fix the issue. Still nothing.

Same problem still exist, yea. Can log in Asia and NA, but not EU region.

Same issue. can’t login NA can login the other two. submitted a ticket 2 days ago no response.
