Worked for 3 minutes, and then the “nice sprites” returned
The error continues to occur… I can’t login in the American server
I am still getting the error when trying to log in.

after not being able to login, yesterday it suddenly worked again. then i noticed i was not in my “home” region and changed it to EU in the options screen.
trying to login then produced the well known DB ERROR 303…
it seems the solution is not fully implemented, yet!

I always play en EU and it occurs me this error too. yesterday en EU was in maintenance and then I can play again on my region but after playing one Battlegrounds and close the game, the next time I want to play shows me the same error again.
I was able to play yesterday during the morning, havent been able to play again since with the same error “HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0”
Today patch didn’t fix it either, I’m trying to login on the Americas server
i played 1 battlegrounds game and now im getting the error again xd

Just to say it’s now been a couple of days and I still haven’t been able to get into the EU server. I can load into other servers just fine.
error HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0 is still there and obviously not fixed, this is getting ridiculous already, I’m not paying to look at the damn playful spirits, but to play the damn game that I’m spending money on… DO SOMETHING already!!!

Still no luck on iOS, NA.
They answered my ticket and are working in it. No estimated time for a solution. But I really hope we get some kind of compensation.
Problem was fixed only for one hour lol
Downloaded Hs on my phone after not playing for 2 years, could play for an hour and now just get this message. I’ve tried uninstalling, changing password, turning phone off and on, nothing works.
If anyone has a fix for iOS please let me know lol
Same as everyone here. Came back after a very long time. Bought arena entry with real money and after being afk for breakfast, issue started to appear.
I am amazed how can such a giant company with huge profits have issues like these… Blizzard just keeps disappointing…

Still not working for me, blizzard really needs to sort this out. Like 2 days of not even being able to log in is ridiculous, especially after how much money I’ve spent on this game lol

As other have noted, I was able to get back in today thanks to the hot fix. But after 40 mins or so of play, it has booted me back out with the playful sprites error.
Nope, hotfix worked for a few hours a couple of days ago, and that’s it.

We deployed a series of hotfixes for this particular issue shortly after your most recent message was submitted, and believe they should have improved matters substantially. Could you please give the login on the servers a try, and let us know if there is still anything going off the rails now?
