[Main Thread] HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0 Error

It’s been a whole week and still nothing. I was just trying to get back into the game. There’s packs I have to open from Twitch prime.

Could anyone pass along a message that we really need communication regarding this. Some comments like being told there is no solution are worrying and we have no idea what’s going on.

Same error for over a week. Was hoping maintenance would fix or at least there would be communication at time of maintenance. Guess I won’t be returning.

Hi, I already fix The issue, at least on Android, you need to give hearthstone app permissions manually, it need storage and location permission.

Got all permissions manually, but problem not resolved

Issue was solved today, could play some games, then I tried started Battlegrounds, game crashed and now back to same error HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0 …

the lack of information is the weirdest part in my opinion, i found a page with the same issue on the French speaking forum which was opened in November, almost a year ago. but those are the only “explanations” I could find

Hello everyone,

We received an update yesterday evening from the Hearthstone team that they released a hotfix to all regions in order to fix this login bug.

If you haven’t already please try logging into your main region again to see if you can get to the main Hearthstone menu.

Problem not fixed, can’t log in on EU server, only US and Asia

I still can’t log in on EU server. The same error as yesterday …

I could finally play this morning. But now it’s the same error yet again.

I’m still having the problem. Cannot log into EU servers (though can strangely make it into NA just fine) Things worked fine on 7th September, but today I’ve tried periodically for 7 hours and not been able to log in.

I was able to log in and play for a couple of hours on the Europe region before the issue reoccurred

Not fixed. I still can not login. EU

It’s not fixed, same issue, worked only a couple of minutes
