This is an error with connecting to the server most likely, test it by switching to a different server on a computer. Your progress doesn’t follow though. I sent a support ticket for this a few days ago because they either have to patch or fix our accounts i think? Because this happens to me regardless of device
If you find hearthstone works though on other devices it may be easier fix, perhaps just reinstall

Hi. Same problem here. Can’t log into EU servers a couple of years after not playing. Please solve, I got a sudden Hearthstone craving.
Crazy part is I’m in the same boat on my phone since it’s all I play HS on. But my one account was working fine til I decided to try logging into another account and now I keep getting this error as HS loads and I don’t have the option to even try to go back to the account that was working… guess the universe decided my rank doesn’t need improvement
Same issue as above, specifically with EU servers only.
Just what you want when you try to come back to HS, not a great sign.

Same problem, returning player after a few years, NA server, also getting HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0 on desktop + android.

Same here, downloaded the game after some months, and i cant play on US but no problems on asia and EU
Glad im not the only one getting

but sad to see so many returning players unable to play, and only being told “yeah we’ll let you know”. Its disheartening.

Tried to come back to play some HS, also getting the same error. Guess I wont be playing HS after all

Same problem here. I guess it happens to players coming back to the game after a long time.
Same error, I opened a ticket with support and they say they can’t fix it. This is the only information I have.
Anyone got an idea on how to delete login catches on iPad? I got the same error code but at least I want to login a different account on iPad. So far I’ve tried remove/reinstall, switching account on Battle.net app, logging out Apple ID to prevent auto backup, but none can remove login catches. I thought that removing hearthstone apps should also removing logging info, but apparently not. So, without logging in to hearthstones, I can’t switch account.
