[Main Thread] HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0 Error

Still no UPDATES???
ASIA---- IOS WINDOW both doesn’t work…reinstalled several times and still, I’m unable to enter GAME

so i have been having this exact “database error 303:…” issue for 2 days now. i tried reinstalling hearthstone on my phone / fully logging out on all devices and relogging back in.
the thing that changed yesterday is that it now shows me a “breaking” message that there is an upcoming “live maintenance” on thursday instead of the “pixies” error text … is this related? does this mean i will not be able to login UNTIL this maintenance is over?

But :
HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0

I just tried to log into Europe and i got the same issue

Yes, Takedu has it right. Please investigate the HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0 error.

Exaclty the same issue here; came back after years, and can’t connect to the EU servers. I’m glad I’m not the only one in that case, hope it gets better soon ! Good luck everyone

i have the same problem i have not logged into hs for 1 year and now she does not let me enter with any of my devices. I tried with tablet PCs and smartphones, however, from the same problem. we hope that with the maintenance scheduled for day 8 something will be resolved.

got the same problem, i cant log in America region… i no play the game after a while and now i’m gonna play again but i cannot enter

Same issue. I have not played in a while, I installed it fresh and it gives me the error mentioned in this thread. This is when connecting to the Americas region only. I can connect to Europe and Asia just fine, but not Americas.

Here is what I have tried so far:

  1. Delete all cache files
  2. Scan and repair on game files
  3. Uninstall and reinstall

Same thing happening for me. I can login to EU and Asia region but of course not the NA region where all my purchased content is…RIP. Tried everything

same thing happened to me. havent played for a year, and just wanted to try it again. hope it will be fine soon, wanna play hs like in the good old

I am getting this error when trying to login to the “Americas” reigon. I am able to login to other reigons without issue.

the same issue with the americas region, and all the other suggested methods to fix it havent show any improvement in the experience

Guys, I got a response on my ticket.

They said that it’s a known issue that is being investigated and that it is account related, there’s no solution or estimated time yet, so we’ll have to wait until they fix it :confused:

I suggest you guys to open a ticket and to tell them that you are having this issue, because they’ll have to check on your accounts individually ( If they do, your password will be reset, so don’t worry about being hacked, because I got scared when I saw the email :rofl: :rofl:)

I think is a know issue. By the error name I suppose you need to check accounts individually

My account can’t connect to the American server on any device or network connection. Other accounts work. There is something wrong with my account

I sent a support ticket last week but no one has responded unfortunately

I’m not sure what to do. If there are any steps to follow I’m happy to try. I am frustrated by this issue

I get this error code whenever I start the game:
