[Main Thread] Cannot connect to Hearthstone on Mobile Data

Still seeing the same issue. The game freezes after attempting to log in. Curiously, i can get further if I say I’m new rather than trying to log in. It freezes when it prompts me to log in. Tried reinstalling twice, cache clears and restarting device.

One plus 7 pro
T mobile
Android 10, Oxygen OS 10.3.2
Current Hearthstone version

This is still not resolved for the T-mobile network. Reported this Blizzard last week and all that was done was they replied acknowledging that a bug exists, however no word if anything is being done to resolve it.

THIS is what worked for me. switching to CDMA. but… who uses 3g!! Can we get a fix for this please!?

I have been having the same issue, but on Thursday 5-21-20 it worked, all day. Im a sprint user. But today it does not. I was on wifi all weekend so i am not sure when it stopped working again or why. Would have been nice to have it working while I’m stuck at work over the holiday today.

I have a note 9 all current software an updates but still cant connect on mobile data

Same problem here. Galaxy s10. In Canada on Rogers.

That is dependent to which tower your connected to. I tried the APN switch and it didn’t work. I agree it doesn’t hurt to try though, but some people are not technically apt to be doing simple configurations like this.

What blows my mind is they keep releasing buffs and nerfs on cards but can’t get this figured out. Before this update that totally screwed me out of playing for going on 3 weeks i was at platinum 8 which i had a good chance at reaching legend for the first time. Now I’m stuck and can’t play.

55 billion net worth and aprox 9k employees. You think it would be easy. Then again their stock just took a dump today lol. Maybe their developers are like I am outta here.

I play on mobile only and have been locked out for 3 weeks now. Thinking of dumping the investment I have here and just finding a new game.

Gwent is fun as hell, just picked it up! Also MTG Arena is coming to mobile by the end of 2020, that’s going to be a massive investment for me!

T mobile note 10 same issue.

I added a new APN with every information the same as the current Tmobile apn but when prompted on apn protocal put ipv4/ipv6 . That fixed it for me and HS is working fine like before.

came here to say that i’ve tried everything and still could not get it to load past doors on mobile data until I tried your APN protocal, and that totally did the trick! finally! thank you for this.
