I have the same issue. I’ve unistalled, deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Game won’t work on mobile data. Works fine on wifi.

This has happened a few times before. It is blizzards own fault if they keep running into the same problems. Put your hand into the fire and get burned, keep putting you hand into the fire you are just stupid(blizzard devs).

Run the test with Hearthstone open for 5 to 10 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Also experiencing mobile data issues since the most recent patch. App works fine on Wi-Fi, but unable to login and all I see is a glowing Hearthstone spiral at the Tavern Doors on mobile data. This has been an issue for me for the past 6-7 days.

Pretty sure they only care about the majority. That is how blizzard has always worked since I have been using blizzard products. A good 25 years.

Did you receive any guidance on this. I have the same problem on S10+ phone. Used to work perfectly but now I can only play on wifi. On mobile data it gets stuck on the loading screen tavern doors while the hearthstone symbol blinks in n out

Same problem note10+ 5G loading without hearthstone on the taver doors. Unlimited plan Tmobile works fine on wifi. I try to re install and doesn’t ask for my information when I click sign in to sign in, and goes back to the taver doors without hearthstone. Please fix bliz
Seriously… I wasted over 2GB of mobile data clearing and reloading data, re-downloading the app. Going on over a week now with nothing from a huge developer like Blizzard.
And while a valiant effort with the workarounds, can’t use a home connection if I’m not at home and swapping between LTE and 3G constantly isn’t worth it. Likewise, messing with APN settings can be dangerous and might cause complete connection loss.

Stop demonize APN settings! Since I can’t give u a link in here Google epc.tmobile APN. They have all instructions on official T-Mobile website. This APN is supposed to be for non-LTE devices, but I switched to it and speed is the same and I can play Hearthstone. Perfect solution until Blizzard applies the fix.
