Yeah same here and then even more frustrating they don’t even care!!! You can’t even contact anyone about I have types out the same 2 paragraph long msg 4 times now just to be autoreply emailed back saying they no longer monitor that address or sent thru a loop that is also not viewed by anyone to then just be told “well go complain to other people with the same issue” by a preprinted statement this is straight up wrong! And I cant even figure out how to post my own comment here! Lol I cant wait until legends of runterra goes public for mobile I’m switching I hope they put HS down blizzard deserves it.

I used to stand up for blizzard. I havr been a blizzard customer for 20 yrs! But NO!! THEY ARE CROOKS! I have spent hundreds of dollars on hearthstone just to be locked out for days at a time everytime there is a patch!! I was even locked out for a week once. Now there is no problem downloading a patch I’ve had 2 download super quick since yesterday just cant play the game. I even cleared all mobile data just to be sure then uninstalled and reinstalled which happen quickly and even easily let me sign back in to my account but again just won’t let me play! And they dont care at all you can’t even contact them, the best they will do for the people who’s money they gladly and readily take is tell them to go talk about it in the community. What good does that do??? Are any of you guys blizzard employees that could help me or give me guidance about the issue and what is being done to fix it??? NO!!! But that is the best they will do for us. Its a shame they are less like a provider of product and more like drug dealers. I just cant get over how poorly they treat us! We’re their fans and customers how can we not be important to them at all??? It really hurts me like I said I’ve been a blizzard fan since I was 12 20 years now and that means nothing to them and I truly see now that they are just greedy corporate douche bags out to take money in exchange for an unequal service/product. Like I dunno look at Warcraft reforged!! I really hope that when legends of runterra realease for mobile it runs hearthstone mobile platform into the dirt and stops them from stealing from anyone other unsuspecting person or long time fan who has trusted them.

Oh yeah Aqumini1337 and i did t even think about that either, blizzard: oh we froze you out of your game and you missed out on what little free in game currency scraps we throw your way sometimes? Customer: yes exactly. Blizzard: SWEET!!! That much more you’ll have to spend then to keep up with the meta!! We’d really hate for you to get that half a free pack per day thank you for falling prey to our predatory in game economy and one more thing… Be ready for more… Much more!!! [Evil laugh]

Patch doesn’t work. Please restore game to pre patch status and push the patch thru when you know it works.

Same issue for me. I just spent a bunch of time on the phone with Samsung, all to find out it’s on the developer’s end (which led me here).

Yes, I am having the same problem, just got the update last night, and have not been able to get in. My friends on iOS are having mo problem, just me because I use android.

OK. So obviously broken but I got it to work. When you click to go to the store and it pops open apps, the button says “Open” like there isn’t an update. But there is. When you first hit that screen, click where the “Open” button is going to appear - it’s actually an “Update” button for a fraction of a second and if you catch it in time, the update will start. If you miss it, you gotta shut down the App Store and try again. Good luck.

So I have downloaded the android version from the Amazon app store and it’s working great! But the app on the Google Play store crashes and/or stops responding.
