[Main Thread] Android Game Freezing or Crashing on Title Screen

Same issue on my chromebook and android phone. I have resolved any failures within my control listed in the log file and still same issue. The failed item was related to timezone and the storage and location permissions were indicating false. Those are now no longer reported in the log file but still the issue persists.

Hello!
Galaxy J4+

Noticed something peculiar- after going trough clearing cache, reinstalling … etc. And still not being able to go past the logo screen, I decided to reinstal it again and try to just enter the game.

In other words, if i choose that I am a new player, the game actually loads and the tuturial starts.

However, I have an acount that is over 5 years old and would really love to see ir again ^^

Same issue here. Reinstall, clear cache, etc. doesn’t help.

Same prob as everyone else here - gets to the swinging door, loads friends button… Then app restarts. I see this is a known prob, any updates on a fix?

Ni amazon ni po…llas. Por la app de amazon no se puede descargar directamente en dispositivo movil. Ya lo he desinstalado 3 veces con sus descargas por playstore e intalaciones correspondientes y todo mal. Blizzar haztelo mirar eso de no arreglar las cosas y no tomar responsabilidad de tus fallos, por que para que la gente pague no hay problema. Solo espero que a los pros de verdad y a los que les gusta pagar para tener todo tampoco les funcione, un besi blizzaro.
