Has anyone managed to download the Amazon store on a Chromebook? Their download page keeps treating my Chromebook like a PC and won’t give me a download link for the actual APK. Can’t see if HS works when installed via Amazon if I can’t even get Amazon store installed to begin with.
I just reinstalled through Amazon since that’s the only suggestion anyone’s had and it works so for anyone who can download the Amazon app (i think its only for androids) go through Amazon and reinstall. Im currently playing again since I got booted. I hope everyone on here is able to get back into the game either through Amazon or some other place soon.

Moto G6. Can confirm installing through Amazon worked for me when uninstall and reinstall didn’t via Google play.
For those who have limited data plans, and such a large file to download… this seems quite excessive as a workaround not too mention costly.
Yes it is kinda a pain as a workaround but not costly, its free for both the Amazon app and hearthstone.

I tried the Amazon thing, but ive always used google play cards to buy packs, and if you install through Amazon that is not possible… I literally just added money to my google account and then the app keeps crashing.
I was directed to this forum to share my device details. I’m having the same issue of never being able to get past the loading screen. Sometimes I get to see the Hearthstone box, but the menu never pulls up.

Unfortunately I tried to download from the Amazon app store, but it could not be installed on my Samsung tab A… 8.1. Hope they fix this issue soon, cant play at all.

im not sure exactly where i should put this so sorry in advanced,tried emailing then was directed here to support.after filling it all out the option was only to go to the community so this is what happened today. with the new update,the dragons in battlegrounds i was not able to log in.right before it goes into the menu with arena and solo missions and such it crashes.this is on mobile mind you but it was working just earlier today in the afternoon before the update.i tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times same with clearing data and cache.i did an entire factory reset as well and the problem still persisted.what is the problem and will it be fixed soon so i can play hearthstone again.thank you
I do not run windows on my desktop. I have a Chromebook, a phone and A Fire tablet running Hearthstone on android. all three are stuck at the tavern doors after the update today. This morning it worked fine on the chromebook.
p.s Of course the update isn’t avail for the Fire tablet. it can’t play for about two days after an update.
