My hearthstone seems to be doing some kind of update right now… maybe a fix? ill inform once it finishes downloading.

I have done all of the above and still cant log in.
Samsung A10e Android 9.0 title screen freeze.
Samsung j5, android 9. enough storage space, worked without issue until update. Tried with and without sd card, with and without checking Google drive. Reinstalled several times. The checks go through. If I press new player i can play tutorial. After that it freezes. Sometimes app crashes and goes back to previous app, sometimes app stops responding. With about 40 tries only once i got past the tavern doors. Usually it hangs right after the friend list icon appears. It seems there is another download, it stuck at 28% like 12 times of the extra download In the right top corner.

Hey all. After trying several times through google play, I installed the app through amazon app store and was able to play a game for the first time since the patch dropped

Same issues here. Moto G5. Can’t get past the load screen. Uninstalling didn’t help.
I am having same issues. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice and all drivers and emulators work fine. After reinstall it worked fine until I went to resign back in . Then it said problem uploading cards and crashed .
Today no succes , operators pls check first on your own andriods & tablet’ s testing is better then airborn crash

We are still investigating this on our end. In the meantime I do see a number of players reporting that installing through Amazon App Store works to bypass the issue. Keep in mind that this is only a work around while we investigate the problem. If you’d prefer to wait for a fix, you can keep an eye on this thread for updates.
Game Progress in Hearthstone is tied to your Blizzard login, so it should be safe to uninstall / reinstall through the Amazon store if it is available to you. If you want to go back to the Google Play version after that version is fixed, you will need to uninstall the Amazon version and go reinstall the Google Play version.
Thats great… are you able to tell the community if the devs actually tested this patch before it dropped? I am highly curious as to how a patch breaks the game among ALL platforms. Thanks.
