Game completely frozen on my Motorola g something…android… uninstalled, reinstalled, still not working

I’m having the same exact issue on my Android Galaxy Note ever since I tried to update for the dragon event also try everything clearing the catch reinstalling from the troubleshooting given on the website nothing work anybody… any other options???

Having the same problem have done EVERYTHING uninstalled a million times cleared cache memory all that used diff app stores different connections wifi 4g everything usually I get stuck right at the doors before they open I will get the friends list icon first then when the settings icon appears it freezes and crashes sometimes when I redownload and do everything o fan restarting phone wifi connection all that I can get it past the door and freezes when the next screen appears when I reinstall it allows me to log in and even finish the download if I wait to log in but as soon as I do same thing over and over. Android A10E OS9 literally upgraded my phone to play this game after the last patch bumped my old iPhone out of viability. Please fix thank you.

Samsung A51 , appreciate the phone model was only released last week but getting same freezes. Takes approx 3 or 4 tries to startup game
Downloaded patch last night on Moto e5, ended up completely freezing my phone. Hard reset of the phone would only get me to the Motorola screen. For 3 f†ing hours I tried and tried to get my phone to restart and ended up having to do a factory reset. Thanks bliz! Fresh install and updates and still not loading the game

Same issue, on Android Chromebook. Freezes on title screen, nothing works. Since we all have the same issue, must be connection issues. Hope Blizzard fixes this problem soon.
