Won’t work on my day old chromebook 15 either nor my Samsung j7 8.1.0. Any clue when a fix will be up and running???

I can get the quests pop up but after it disconnects me.
There was a problem with your network while loading your cards…etc

As of 5PM central same issue as above
Got to play for 30 min but always network issue with loading cards. I can see gold amount friends list then glitches in the top left and right corner fading it to black before displaying error. I can play any other game and even stream videos and no problem with network issues.

I have the same problem, I can’t access the game on android after the last update. I have spent many years in the world of hearthstone faithful to this game and I would like a solution

I am also having this issue.

Yesterday afternoon I received the push notification that the BG update was out. Game prompted me to PlayStore, but there was no update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and then the update was available to install.

Now the game freezes and crashes if I try to launch it.

I have a Motorola Moto Z2Play Android device with latest available android OS.

This is obviously a bad joke or something people investing hundrets of dollars on a game where developers dont even check what updates they even apply, they should learn the meaning of “update” i mean cmon everytime the same boring thing people love this game and obviously they either play a lot or invest even money to support or maybe even both and we expect more from such a huge company, many wont tolerate this any longer greetings
Edit: sry english speaking friends english is not my native tongue so forgive me if there are mistakes

Same here. LG Stylo 4, worked before the last update. Freezes on open at tavern doors, but works fine on my desktop.

Hi, after downloading the patch via mobile data I got the same problem. Stuck at the doors, logo not pulsating anymore.

Worked fine before the Feb 26th patch, but now it crashes during final stage of the loading screen for me on my Alcatel OneTouch A577VL running Android OS 7.1.1… I can even see how many bnet friends I have online before it crashes.
