The screen turns black, or crashes randomly, I tried deleting cache and doesnt work well. Normally it happens in the middle of a match and when its over

My iMac was not affected. My Acer Chromebook and Samsung Tab E were dead on startup.
I opened a ticket and Blizzard gave me some links and told me to post here.
I was able to solve the problem on my Acer Chromebook and Samsung Tab E by doing the following.

I was cleaning my cache and all my Google cookies (except passwords). I could not get either to work until I first uninstalled the Hearthstone App. Then after cleaning the cache and cookies and everything I could find to cleanup besides the passwords, I was able to reinstall and Hearthstone worked.

I recently re-installed, waited hours for the download (Android) and finally got the “log in” prompt.

Selected my Google account and I’ve been sitting at the tavern doors.

And sitting at the tavern doors.

And sitting at the tavern doors.

Cleared the cache.

Still sitting at the tavern doors.

I guess if you want to play, you must get a PC because this app is so difficult on mobile.

The downloads take forever and now this…

Problem was fixed for a few days. Now, back to reaching tavern doors and getting error loading card collection and time out errors. (Blizz, I assume you are getting these again so a screenshot of those words wont help you).

Sadly, I was able to get on earlier today. Now, nope.

Worked for the longest time with the amazon appstore version but that just died too.
Failed to get update on both appstores.

Same problem. Samsung Tab S-3. Freezes on title screen. With the covid-19 pandemic, they probably will not have a lot of support to look into this as quickly as they normally would.
