Well I tried tve Amazon work around and that was working fine until this new update. Crashes on startup and restarts the game
Soooo wonderful how you âfixâ the situation only for it to have anew issue pop up. Going to delete and reinstall AGAIN to see if google playstore version works.
In no defense of blizzard, but reason for not rolling back update after issue is; the confirmed amount of people affected and unaffected is unknown. So to penalize a potential large group of people for a potential small group of people is unfair.
This world is full of unfair things, you just have to try to see things from the other sides point of view.
The recent update thru Google play store worked for me; however, during combat phase of battlegrounds you dont get to see all of the fights. Sometimes the minions just disappear. Hopefully they will fix this too.
Itâs working! Sweet Jeebus it works! Time was lost with no compensation but iâm just glad i can play on my phone again. Hope itâs the same for everyone else.
Nope, it only works if I go in as a new player, once I tried to change accounts and log in it crashed.

So far itâs working, kinda⌠Still getting a lot of disconnects (only for Hearthstone, nothing else) and forced restarts on Android AND PC AND Iphone. On PC also the card collection issue and âtoo many requests too fastâ. Small Indie company right?

Itâs getting to a point where I genuinely donât care what the excuse is. I am unable to even log in at this point due to it crashing before I can get there. This is Unacceptable. Itâs worse now then before this porblem was originally spoken about. If I could refund time I would refund all of mine spent playing this game. 1 more week. I will give blizzard one more week. After that Iâm done witb with hearthstone until further notice.
Galaxy Tab A Android 7.1.1 even after patch I cannot get past the gates saying Closed Your Connection timed out as it was requesting data from Hearthstone Servers. Top right corner gives this

I cleared my cache, nothing. I will wait to get home and will do a complete uninstall/reinstall to see if that fixes it - but I shouldnât have to do that
Game keeps crashing since the last season ended. It will load to the screen showing what level I earned, then flicker and shut down. On two devices, Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e and Samsung Galaxy S10+.
I haveâ1) restarted - no fix
2) power cycled, restarted - no fix
3) update HS - no fix
4) uninstall/reinstall - no fix
5) cleared cashes - no fix
6) cleared data - no fix
7) search forums - no fix
8) made sure OS was updated
Doesnât crash anymore since patch even without quest. (keeping a quest in the qlog solved the problem for me)

Xiaomi Redmi 3s, constantly crashing during games every 1-3 opponents. Maybe god punishes me for starting playing Priest.
Update: 4-5 days after the patch I have no issues with the app. Btw Ressurect Priest underestimated deck.

After last update (to ver 16.4.4288) I cant get past the loading screen with the inn doors and the pulsating HS logo and HEARTHSTONE word.
I play exclusively on my Samsung S7 android phone.
After initial contact with support through GooglePlayStore from where I downloaded the app, I tried uninstalling the app reinstalling. Restarted both phone and app before that, and restarted phone again after reinstalling for good measure.
Previously I just got stuck at the loadscreen, but after reinstalling I got prompted to tap screen, and the asked to sign up or sign in. Tapped Sign In and got to âcheck for stored progress on google accountâ. I hit Yes and selected my google account.
At this point I was ultimately back where I started, at the aforementioned inn doors loadingscreen. No change, even after many many minutes of waiting. Might be that this connection was the problem all along, or it just stuck at visually the same point even though the backend problem changed after reinstalling.
Only thing I can think of except the obvious that a bug came with the latest update is that we created a âfamily accountâ on google to manage kid screentime. I would assume that its not related, but worth mentioning.
Is there any other info I can contribute with to help with bugsearching?

Tried with selecting No when prompted to check google account for progress, just to see what happens. I got in! Everything seems to work, and I DO even have all my decks and everything.
Must be some kind of bug still though, because I got extra packs for âwelcome backâ like I did a while back when I started playing again after a longer period without. Strange, but if thats the only bug Im currently experiencing Im not complaining
Still downloading something in the background now (the âlast 1.0 GBâ whatever that contains) so weâll see what happens when everything is done.
If I run into anything else I will post it here.
My quests seem to have reset, but other than that everything seems to work normally. Really strange, but Im happy again ^^
The app crashes for me since yesterday. Tried clearing up data&cache, restarting phone, then reinstalling app and it still crashes.
Hereâs how it looks for me: menu starts to open up, then thereâs a glitch on top buttons (both left and right), then the error appears, saying there was a problem with the network loading cards collection (thatâs my translation, have a different language than english here).

Update: Just checked on the other device (NVidia Shield Tablet) - I have the same issue. Then it may be related to my account or network. I will contact the support to check my account then. (Or itâs related to both account/network and recent changes in the app)
