Last time i tried to uninstall reinstall i lost my card collection. Not risking that again!
Same issue on my Acer Chromebook 15. Worked just fine until this update. Running Chrome OS Version 79.0.3945.123
Also this comment section is riddled with people saying “Download from the Amazon store” and an equal amount of people saying they have tried it and it simply doesn’t work. I started to try this for myself and it is NOT an option, i tried to download Amazon app store only to be told that i already have an old account and need to remember ancient security questions from years ago.

Problem: After new updates have started freezes, lags and crashes. Phone is getting hot. The game after 15-30 min is starting lags, can’t chat with friends and times later close it. Refresh the game and time later it’s starting again.

This can take some time before we have more information depending on the complexity of the underlying problem. Even if we can replicate the issue, and find a fix. Our analysts need to go through testing phases to make sure this is ready to go live to you all. We want to make sure the fix, actually fixes the issue rather than cause more problems. There is a potential workaround in the mean time, try installing Hearthstone using the Amazon App Store. This workaround does not work for everyone, but it’s worth a try in case it can temporarily workaround this problem until the issue is fully resolved. After the new patch, everytime I play hearthstone and chatting with someone in mobile, it would lag with lower FPS more and more to the point my whole phone froze and I have to force restart. Even when I am simply watching my friend play and chatting, hearthstone will continue to lag faster and my whole phone will stopped responding.
Sidenote: None of this happened before the patch update. My phone can handle hearthstone very well and has more than enough empty memory space. Hearthstone and my phone never crashed or stopped responding this way. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling but it still crashes and freeze my phone pretty badly.

I cleared cache, uninstalled, restarted tablet, reinstalled, repeated 3 times just in case. All that before I ever came to the forums. Reinstalling definitely does NOT fix this.

Clearing cache didnt help, Logo appears but no friend “list” button, if that helps resolving the error
I’m confused, this the is 2nd time Android and IOS have had issues after a Battleground specific update. The last time took over 2 weeks for a fix, and this one is running 1 week with no end in sight. I’m a firm believer in cause/effect and this seems to have direct correlation. That being said, you mention testing phases for fixes - you don’t test your updates/patches? You only test after there is an issue? More of a rhetorical question. I really hope you have taken these 2 issues to heart, and once a 3rd update/patch is released - we won’t have yet another 1 to 2 to 3 week gap in play
