The last login attempts that I’m seeing are from an Android device with an older patch version. Our team’s recently pushed an update to fix the Android freezing/crashing issues. The latest version should be 16.4.42888.
If it does continue to experience issues, please contact our Customer Support team. Since this problem isn’t happening on a new account, it can indicate that there is an account level problem that we’ll need to check on the account.
