75% of people can’t play on hearthstone because it’s crashing I think it’s problem with Facebook , because on Instagram works only English language it’s some problems with Facebook

Also having this issue. Further info, after uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried clicking “I’m New” instead of “Log in”. I was able to open the game and it went to the tutorial. As soon as I clicked the Log in option I got a frozen screen on the Title/startup screen.

I can confirm that the version from the amazon appstore works for me.
It has a few visual bugs sometimes so hey barely different from the playstore version.

My android is doing the exact same thing… I went through all these steps aswell… I even asked blizzard too reimburse the gold I’m missing out on because it’s clearly the latest update that made the game unable too work… Hence it not being our fault, we should be reimbursed for the gold we are missing out on… It’s only right in my opinion…?

Blizzard just writes a message saying, “sorry for the inconvenience but i can assure you our team is working on it…” They don’t help at all, it took me a day and a half to get ahold of anyone within the blizzard company and when i did get ahold of someone, it was an email assuring me it is being worked on…? Come on blizzard…
Count me in also. LG-X Pro Android 6.0.1 i tried reinstalling the game from play store but no luck
I too am having trouble loading the game after updating to the new BG through the Google store, im on Android 8.0 Moto e5 plus,…it just crashes right after the swinging gates or freezes then pops up for me to wait or end program, IV tried both they just end in the game crashing

The app is freezing for me too right after opening on my Galaxy J3 as well. Its ran fine for weeks until the new patch. Looking forward to getting some games in when this is resolved. Any ideas?

Samsung Galaxy A10e here, game will not load on my phone up. Gets to the point that the friend list and options buttons appear but never enter the tavern before it becomes unresponsive. whats worse is that the blizz employee that responds on the reviews in the google play store keeps saying do this and that to ppl responding and we all know the issue is on your end.
