Every rotation i ask for less randomness and they gave us this card which is pure bet. You never know what can happen. And for some reason huge majority of decks has this card even though you can draft only one legendary per deck…
That’s a bit of a survivorship bias. Most decks are bad and don’t survive. The few that survive are seen a lot.
