Getting tired of uninstalling/installing to play. Any timeline on a fix for the IOS mobile problem?

I havenât been able to play on my mobile since May 2020, and now I canât play on my ipad either.
maybe, just maybe, they are happy we are improving their software downloads number

Same issue here since the last patch. If I uninstall and reinstall Hearthstone, it will say âUpdatingâ and allow me to proceed and play. If I close Hearthstone and re-launch the app, I get stuck at they loading screen every time. Iâve let it sit for hours to see if time resolved the issue and updated iOS to the latest version on my iPad Air 2. This is a really bad bug, since I only play on Mobile.
Hi all, it sounds like this issue is being investigated. A workaround for some devices is to disable low power mode. iPads do not support low power mode so this is likely only a fix for iPhones experiencing this issue.
The other workaround is reinstalling the app each time you want to play, because it will allow you to play the first time you launch it. (This is not an acceptable workaround IMO)

Has anyone received any feedback from Blizz yet? Have they confirmed/reproduced the issue? Are they working on it? My support ticket just gets closed with some useless feedback like ânothing we can do about it, contact your device manufacturerââŠ
I play a lot of HS and i am currently reinstalling the iPad version of the game 3-4 times a day just to be able to playâŠ
A fix would be highly appreciated!

I have a feeling this issue wonât be getting fixed anytime soon cause their download count has probably skyrocketed lately. Making it seem better on paper when itâs really the small indie company just pooping the bed.

Absolute radio silence with the exception of the one reply you see in this thread, where he was just asking what device / OS we are playing on. Not a word from them, even to just confirm they are working on the issue :(.
They are definitely vulnerable to a class action. If you charge one million people $20.00 for a tavern pass, but the tavern pass is unusable for a portion of that time due to this bug, you owe a refund for the unused portion of the tavern pass. Whether or not this bug is corrected soon, they can absolutely be sued, and they would absolutely 100% be found liable. I hope someone does it, because they are not even pretending to be concerned about ripping people off.

Just to follow-up here, our QA and Hearthstone teams were able to reproduce this issue and are working on getting it cleared up as quickly as possible.
We donât have an ETA to share on when that will happen, but hopefully weâll see a patch relatively soon that includes the fix.

Today log out log in trick stopped working, I really hope your eta will be sooner then later.
I hope you fix it soon. Iâve played maybe 1/10th the amount of hearthstone I would normally have played these last couple weeks & missed out on a number of daily quests. I canât justify spending any more money on HS while this problem persists.

Just checking back on the thread to see if there was any update. Glad to see they are finally working on it. Iâve been reinstalling every morning (iPad Mini, 14.4) and then just not playing after I get the hung screen for the first time.
