[ios Devices] Game freezes at loading screen after patch

  • I haven’t tried to reinstall the game. It did work ONCE after the patch today (29 Jan) but is again freezing at the loading screen. I’ve hard closed the app several times as well, but the issue is the same as before.

Any of the community got a direct link to raise a ticket?

Edit: There is no “before I log out”. The game does not load. The latest update has clearly screwed it up.

Blizzard, it’s called a Software Delivery LifeCycle. Go google it and try to follow it through.

Hello,

Instead of removing the app you can, before close the game, disconnect your account. You’ll be promted when you will launch the game the next time.But this is very long to establish the connection.
Blizz please help

I’m mostly playing on iOS, 14.4 iPhone 7 and I’ve been playing mostly on mobile since it’s been released.

Just turn off battery save mode before logging in. What the hell apple.

Frozen again, worked once after patch updated, iPad IOS 14,3. This is a pay game mainly for mobile, someone should be fired for this problem with no solution or tracking until now

The logout trick doesn’t work for me. It will start up to a login screen, but after entering my user/pw it still won’t enter the game. Always stuck on the loading screen.

Seriously blizzard? It’s still not fixed. Wondering how many customers you guys list for to this? About to be another soon. Ready to dust my collection and hit the uninstall button at this time. Unbelievable how much you guys have crapped the bed recently. You guys have killed a game so many of us have loved for years. I’m just glad I’ve been F2P for awhile now. Such crap programming people can’t even log in for over a week at a time. But I guess it’s what you get with small indie companies.

You do realize that it’s going to be another 10 days, and they are going to come back with: ‘We would like you to try turning it off, then turning it back on’. The guy who responded was actually a janitor who wanted to experience a Good Will Hunting situation, and he has no idea what to say to us.

Ok conspiracy theory time: I suspect that the problem may be related to the bundle. The bundle is one of four that are offered to you based upon your account, which hasn’t been done before (I believe). See how the mind goes to weird places when you are waiting for Hearthstone to download?
