[ios Devices] Game freezes at loading screen after patch

Any timetable on the mobile fix?

Any update? And will your team do anything to compensate us for the weeks we haven’t been able to access purchased content?

This happened to me last night for the first time, playing on iPhone 12 Pro, never had an issue before. When can we expect a fix?

Agreed - if your game is so valuable that we have to subscribe, then downtime is equally as valuable. The nature of our relationship is ‘Time is money’, so you owe.

Dear team, any update here? For me the game is still not working unfortunately :confused: thank you for the help!

For those of you who haven’t had time to read through the whole thread - the best “fix” I’ve found so far is to log out (using the “switch account” button) before quitting the game. As long as you’re willing to log in and out each time you open the app, that seems to help for now. It’s a big nuisance though since my app also crashes periodically, and if it crashes while logged in, then I’m back to having to uninstall/reinstall. :roll_eyes:

C’mon Blizzard. You can do this. Drop a patch to fix this issue.

iPad Air 2, 14.3, also same thing with Hearthstone, pleaseeee blizzard fix this.
i have to reinstall the whole game, then i can play, but when i close it and open, then its stuck on loading screen again.

If the game crashes, you can change the password and log back in.

Having the same issue for more than a month, quite outstanding…
My personal vengeance when doing the uninstall/reinstall trick is to always download via the sponsored link, making Blizzard pay for every click. Not a lot but it is quite satisfying :wink:

Hello again everyone,

An update for Hearthstone was pushed out that should address this bug. Make sure to update the app through the iOS App Store and give it another try.

Just got this patch on my iPad Pro. I can’t log in at all now. I never had a problem til this update just now. What the heck is this?

Edit: had to uninstall the app and reinstall. iOS 14.4

I’m still having this issue. Fresh install, fully updated iPad Air 3, iPadOS 14.4. When I go to sign in it goes to a loading screen, flashes that All Tables Are Full for one frame, and then disappears. Nothing happens after that.
