Just tried the changing password trick again and still doesnāt work after working off and on these past couple of days. Now the game is unplayable. I guess I could delete and reinstall for the 7th timeā¦

I contacted Blizzard and made a Ticket concerning this issue. They replied that they were unaware of any problem with the I Pad. I then contacted them again and suggested I post on this thread.

Yes, same issue here. I can play on my I Mac without any problems.
Hopefully todayās 19.4.1 patch will solve our problem.

The QA team has no manager currently so it looks like they donāt even run the game at all or never check āLogsā directory afterward.
Well, new patch, same problems. Come on Hearthstone. The only way the game works is too delete it and reinstall. And then it only works until I close it.

Last patch actually fixed it for me, but some people are still experiencing the same issue. I donāt think weāll get any compensation, itās like Blizz didnāt learn anything from the recent outrage. Nothing new I guess. Good luck people !

Just updated Hearthstone. Still not working. Getting beyond frustrating

On iPad Air 2, iOS version 14.3, the game starts up and then starts to load up. You get to the screen where you have the doors of the inn, the lights are flashing in the back, the word āHearthstoneā appears over doors, and finally the Hearthstone logo/symbol starts to flash.
But then it freezes. The animations stop flashing/changing. You can no longer change orientation of the device, it is just completely frozen. You can exit the app with no problems and close it, however it just does not work.
I have tried reinstalling the game and installing it again, and it works during the first time you open it after a reinstall, however if you disconnect or close the app after that, it goes back to freezing.
I play on PC and my iPhone also, and it works without any problems. Please fix this

Workaround is logging off your account before closing the app but if you tab out and forget about it or the app crashes you need a reinstall.
IPhone 12 pro IOS 14.3 and 14.4 on the same Wifi and the same mobile contract works fine.
Now we get to the interesting part, I just tested it on my old IPhone 8 which also only has 2 GB RAM like the IPad Air 2 and here it works fine on IOS 14.3
I got the same problem on iPad Air 2.
Temporary fix: log out before closing the app. If the app crashes, change your password then login back in. You donāt have to reinstall every single time.

iPad Air 2. Failing to load after installing the update. Deleted and reinstalled game but still not getting past load screen.
I want a ticket raised but your support structure doesnāt take me to raising a ticket

Last patch for the game.
Tried to uninstall, and install again. The problem is solved, but as soon as I leave the game, the problem is there again.
If I need to uninstall and install the game everytime I want to play the game, i am gone for good.

I thought it worked but only because it was a new install. Problem persists. Unbelievable.
same here. new update didnāt solve the issue at all.
since they havenāt acknowledged anything yet (only one clueless message here with irrelevant questions)
maybe we should send the DEVs an urgent inquiry about this via all available platforms mainly twitter.
if you got a list of those DEVs accounts post them here and all of those who suffer from this madness are asked to send a message to those DEVs who can actually move things within the company.
we should compile a short message that can be copied and paste to twitter accounts
