Blizzard - why no comments from u? Please show some respect for your gamers! No single word about this real real problem since 13 December!

I’m getting pretty similar on my iPhone 7 - I mostly play Battlegrounds but in every game except 1 it just completely stops and kills the app.
iOS and game version are up to date.
Why is Blizzard not responding, updating or addressing this issue? Have only seen one post where they said they were looking into it. I am on iPad Pro with tons of memory and the game crashes regularly often causing loss of a ranked game.
This is exactly what happens to me. I start a game and when I go to play the first card it crashes every single time.

Same problem since last update as well. Really need a fix.
2020.01.17 and the problem not solved.
The game is useless on iPad Pro.

I can confirm, still crashing regularly, iPad 4 gen. More than a month has passed, is this really that difficult?

iPad crashes have been another big issue lately we have a fix for but have to wait to deploy until 16.2 because the fixes required a client patch.
The adventure should be out next Tuesday so I’d expect the patch Monday at the latest.

ipad pro 9.7 inch, running ipadOS 13.3.1 — game crashed during the end of a match I was about to win (I think) and crashed over and over while I was trying to reconnect… really sucks, game is unplayable on the device, this happens probably every 10th or 15th game, sometimes more often. seriously frustrating. just posting to remind that this is still an issue 4 months later.

I have an ipad pro 12.9 ¨ 3rd Gen with IOS 13.4.1, and it crashes when I start a game, during the game (playing the Apocalypse adventure, I did not try other type of games, because I don t want to loose my ranking place!).
I see from this topic this is an old issue from Dec 2019…
Any solution???
