Today it started for me too. 
No daily or weekly quests show up. Instead I got the placeholders with the wait time of 24h and 7 days. Bummer!

Where is the compensation for our week of missing xp? I paid for the battle pass to be ahead not a week behind.

I’ve had my hearthstone account since around 2014 and just started playing again this week and haven’t had a single daily quest. Its unfortunate that this hasn’t been solved, and it really has turned me off of giving this game other chance.

This has been a problem for almost a whole week, where is the fix? I see no updates on the topic. This is really bad business practice.
You might note ive only got 3 posts on here, all three were on this topic; ive had this account for over 10 years and never had a problem that needed issued as bad as this one. Do something.

No weeklies/daily when I logged in today so that is over 6800+ xp lost if support cannot help me out. That means I am almost a week or (in my case) 2 Lvs worth of rewards behind a player not impacted by this bug.
I sure hope we see some form of compensation for this as this is Blizzard’s fault for introducing a bug that was not caught by their Dev/QA process.

Also have same problem. It is like the quest system froze - I can not reroll either of my two remaining dailies (from sunday 22nd), and I did not get any new weeklies or a new Daily today on the 23rd. I sure hope this can be reimbursed…and I was hitting level 25 today for the legendary, but I guess not…

My weekly quests didn’t refresh this week on NA account. EU and ASIA worked. I completed all the previous week’s quests.
I still have not gotten a quest since patch 19.0 started, except the Duels quest. No weekly or daily quest.
I also Dont have a Daily quest today and also no weeklys…
No daily or weekly quests today after expected refresh! I haven’t had this issue previously and had cleared all of my quests yesterday.
Same issues, I didn’t got a daily quest and the weekly quests on the EU server today. I think without this quests its not possible to play this game as a free to play gamer. Its hard enough to get the necessary cards for the meta decks. I hope you fix the problem, otherwise I think you will lose a lot of gamers like me.
Same problem here, I didn’t get my quests today, but this is the first time, I’m facing this issue. I got my quests regularly until today, but now when I open my journal, instead of the quests it writes “New quest in 5 hours” at the daily spot and “New quest in 7 days” at the weekly spot…like if I completed them already. What is happening with this game?!
I just payed 20 bucks for this bulls@t tavern pass, so that I could make more gold, in my game time, and now they are saying to me that I cant gat any xp??? After purchasing two bundles and the tavern pass???
This is pathetic…I wrote a bug ticket, but I didn’t get an answer yet…
