PC client and iOS, on my end it seems tied to the reconnect bug found earlier.

Pressing the blue ā€˜Playā€™ button will play a sound exactly once. Nothing else happens. All Iā€™m able to do is click the leave button. I canā€™t even abandon the run.

Also, apparently I canā€™t add links to my posts? For tech support?

Got the same exact issue on chapter 2, playing as hunter

I have exactly the same error. When I click ā€œPlayā€ the visible ā€œcard backā€ flips to the right side, as it always does in single player, but it disappears! I can see only ā€œlanding dustā€ animation (no card then, already) and after about a sec I can almost just an info (likeā€¦ Windows info where you can only click ā€œokā€) that there was an error and i should try again in few mins.

Well, I tried after 20 hours and nothing changed. What gives?!

I have the same problem. I have bought this adventure for real money and I canā€™t even play. Iā€™m little disappointed :frowning: All my friends are talking about fantastic things the have done and i can only listen

For the new solo adventure, I have an issue. I started it and it shows me Challenge 1/0 on the first boss but no other bosses and when I press play, it says ā€œtry again laterā€. Iā€™ve tried it on my pc and phone but it still does not work and I donā€™t know how to reset it. Please help.

I started a heist run and then had to leave.
It auto disconnected me after some time.
Whenever I try to press play, nothing happens but Iā€™m allowed to press leave.
There is no hero portrait where the candle is.
I just bought the expansion, if that has anything to do with it.

If this is important: i checked and i can play on other servers: for me this is America and Asia. I got this problem on EU server/

I have this exact same problem. I canā€™t play or cancel my normal mode run. I can play every other mode just fine. Problem persists on Android and PC.

Iā€™m also having the exact same problem. It seems to be tied to the infinite reconnect glitch that came up a few days ago.

Thanks for all the continued reports. Technical Support continues to escalate them to the tracking we have for this error internally. Hopefully it wonā€™t be long before dev has a fix available for this.

Same issue here, win10 PC. Trying to start with shaman hero after purchasing. ā€œThere was an error starting your game. Please wait a few minutes and try againā€. It has been many hours though.

Im on PC and i got the error at my second run after selecting the second mage deck
Heroic is still working but i wonā€™t change the deck there cause of fear of 1/0 challenge bug

Same issue however I donā€™t get the error message just my hero picture spot is blank only show hero power. games not frozen but play button does not work.
