Samsung tab A same issue since update.
Tried clean cache and data and reinstall. Unable to login can play tutorial but login freezes.

Our Hearthstone team has been able to identify the issue affecting the Android client and they are working to get a fix pushed out as quickly as possible.
Weâve also updated the 21.0 Known Issues thread to indicate itâs being worked on.

Bought a new android tablet at Walmart for 130 dollars just to play because it wonât work on my phone. Still not working thoâŚ

Canât connect with Samsung Tab A 10.1 on Wifi.
However, I CAN login on my Moto G6, it just has poor connection.

Ive reinstalled like 4 times ⌠made no difference ⌠how long will this take to fix do we think?

Donât get your hopes too high. Just because someone from support replied on this thread doesnât mean the issue will be resolved fast. Check the other thread. The one with over 400 replies. Support were not able to resolve the issue on that thread & itâs more than a year already. Their connectivity issue is also similar to ours.

My guess is that it gets resolved soon with the expansion near. Lots of preorders with pissed off people if they cant play
Same for me, I just can not login.
Shadowverse is a good ccg too. Forgot about it, but blizzard wants people to discuss other games on their forum, cause hearthstone wonât work. Still.

Redmi 9a. Android 10. Same problem. Cant login in the game, the screen after tryin it freezes. Clear installation didnt help.
