What was happening:
It freezes every time I try to open solo content. The wooden ring spins, and then the game freezes though the music continues to play.
Also, during game play vs people, it will lock up requiring an app restart. Most of the time, this happens when I cast a spell requiring targets, especially Frost Bolt. This happens randomly, but seems to occur more in the late game.
It takes so long to reconnect, I typically just concede when this happens. Right now I regard Hearthstone as being unplayable.

update: couple of crashes today, just one yesterday. seems I just got lucky yesterday. problem still persists.

What was happening on screen when the crash occurred: I was pwning this Midrange Hunter on Ranked. Had my board full of minions (many reborn ones as Iām currently running Quest Paladin). I was about 25 health and he had 10; no minions on his board side. I canāt remember whose turn it was, but it suddenly froze for a few seconds (like 5 to 10) and took me to an error screen, reading ātap anywhere to reconnectā. Tapping didnāt work and I had to restart the application. As soon as it loads thereās a message saying that I won my last ranked match. I donāt know how I won if I were disconnected, but there was a star for winning a match.
That feeling when your game freezes, so you kill app and restart it, and it freezes again during reconnectingā¦

i been having problems on pc i try to find an opponent the game freezes right away n have to close the app

75% Freezes on main page when clicking on adventures
50 % Freezes on my turn or opponent turn during games (PVE or PVP), after someone played a card (any type) or tap finish turn botton
80% Freeze when trying to reconnect to a game after another freezeā¦
It freezes also after adventure games, when selecting rewards,ā¦
I did not identify a particular pattern, it seems random.

PS : I did uninstal/reinstal the game, nothing changesā¦

Sometimes if i search a game it just closes itself. More annyoing than that, after 5mins of play the game gets almost unusable because its lagging really hard. Before the patch i was getting rock stable 60fps (i changed the txt file) on both devices, now its 60 at the start and after 5mins its way under 30 and sometimes it even freezes for some seconds.
Even on my pc its dropping way under 60fps from time to time for 3 or 5 seconds (i7 7820X, GTX1080ti, 32GB Ram). I did reinstalls on all my devices, nothing changed.

It can crash in the middle of anythingā¦clicking on solo adventures in a middle of a pvm or pvp match, making a deck, looking at card buckets of pvm contentā¦those are just come examples.
Yes guys, thereās another thread with the same problem already with 100 more people or so.
Was interested to see if the most recent maintenance would fix the problem. It did not.
Shortly before the maintenance(in the early hours of this morning), I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, etc. All problems are Still Present.
Now, I am refusing to play games that have any stakes because of this, so Iām exclusive to Solo content and Tavern Brawls.

What was happening on screen when the crash occurred: Pretty much anything- Occasionally after simply logging in, occasionally while queuing for a match, 1 out of every 4th or 5th match during the actual game at random times(again mostly solo content), frequently while browsing collection or making a deck. Most often when I have clicked on any game mode from the main screen. Solo mode, Tavern Brawl, or my collection, freezes ~4 out of every 5 attempts. 1 of every 7-8 times Iāve clicked on the quests button. (I havenāt been clicking on play mode, so no data on that.
So far, it has frozen at least 20 times today alone.
I feel like Iām falling Far behind the meta because of this. I might simply take a break from HS for a whileā¦ This *Needs to be patched!

Moto g5s plus Android 8.1.0 freeze all the time, in the main menu, ranked both in mine and in the opponentās time, editing deck, itās hard ā¦

What was happening on screen when the crash occurred: Tried to open de Adventure Mode. The game freezes every time I try the Adventure Mode.
The problem started happening after the last update today.
Same thing here. How do we resolve this? I keep loosing ranked and arena games.

Still happening here. It crashed just now, then actually crashed again during the reconnect screen. The game is pretty much unplayable on Android.

Frequent crashes during gameplay in any mode and unusually long loading times when opening the game, takes a lot longer than it used to before the last patch.
