Since the latest update, the game freezes constantly, mostly when choosing the game mode, in single player adventure when looking at cards in card bucket, and randomly during play of any kind. Android OS is NOT the issue. The game ran fine, without any freezing or crashing prior to the LATEST UPDATE. It’s been about a week, please fix the issue ASAP because it is unplayable right now.

The game crashes/closes randomly in between ranked matches and whilst in the collection manager.

It’s been a week now, it’s really frustrating.

Since the Halloween Update seemingly random freezes or crashes while ingame every 15-30 minutes, almost always shortly after interacting with the collection, sometimes after switching back into the running app. After restarting the app, the collection mostly works fine for a while.

It started with the Doom in Tomb patch. It doesn’t matter if im in a game, browsing collection, in main menu or in shop. The game crashes in every situation.

Thanks for all the info so far. Please keep the reports coming. We pinged some folks on this - it doesn’t seem to be related to another bug we were looking into so the device/android build info is pretty helpful to help us narrow this down and demonstrate the scope of the problem. **What was happening on screen when the crash occurred: Randomly freezes when browsing collection and in play mode. Absolutely WILL NOT let me access Solo Adventures. Game immediately freezes up. Minimizing and bringing back up results in a solid black screen. Only way to resolve is force close and relaunch. Happens repeatedly. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same results. Began doing this yesterday.

Since this mornings update (which I assume was a patch to fix this) instead of being just limited to my single play modes it is now crashing upon starting arena matches as well as the tomb single play games, not only crashing, but instantly crashing again when I reload and reconnect to the game, making it unplayable multiplayer and tesio in single player, with crashes every 2-3 rounds. Also it is nothing to do with Android update as I am on an old Android.

What was happening on screen when the crash occurred: may happen at any time with the Hearthstone application open: main menu, in ladder, when I restarted the app after a crash.

Hi. This is the behavior that I had before applying today patch 15.4.35057:
Device make/model: Moto G5S
Android OS version: Android 8.1.0
What was happening on screen when the crash occurred: Game freezes and does not respond. Screen shows stuck gameboard. Only action that helps at that point is killing the app and restarting (which means pretty much auto-loss).
EDIT: No change after the patch, behavior is still the same.

After the recent patch and playing about an hour in the morning, it seems that the problems with crashes are gone for me. I have noticed that some Halloween related graphics, such as candy cobs/spider webs/glowing arena button in the menu and halloween avatars in arena mode (not sure about the pumpkins scattered in the ingame screen) have just appeared after today’s patch. Since that and for now, everything seems to be working fine again on my phone.

After yesterday’s patch, it doesn’t crash as often, but still does every once in a while. Just lost an Arena match because of that.

S9+ latest update 9 I think? Crashes seem random but definitely just now every time I click solo game. I was able to get into it though recently

Multiple freezes during matches, already lost several times because of this. Also occurs when entering solo content mode immediately after starting the game. When browsing the collection, HS freezes after swiping through several pages. This is a really frustrating issue, please fix it soon!

 Logging in, waiting for ranked or unranked match, in the middle of every type of match, while browsing collection, making a deck
 as for times, at least 20 times today alone. Please fix
