I got the same PLAY BUTTON problem. I restarted battlenet, check the game folder so to run it from there but nothing. BLIZZARD CMOOOOON

Same problem here, can’t play the game even if i try to start it from the folder and it just says install O.o .

Was playing a couple of hours ago. Took a break for a couple of hours and got this error when I got back.

Same Problem. I can’t play HOTS and HS. Can’t locate the game. GM informed me that the problem is from Blizzard site and that we just have to wait for a patch to be pushed.

I cant uninstall / install the game. What is happening?

How will i know when its fixed, do i have to stay at my computer and hope that in the near futur you guys figure it out. Maybe a time estimate would be helpful for the thousands of people sitting on the edge of their chairs. Also, when we get the error, blizzard takes us to a page where we have hope of fixing the problem ourselves…which only makes it worse by having us delete this and that. Cant you simply send us to a page that says that the issue is on your side and that you are currently fixing it and that once solved, a patch will be what we need for our lives to matter again. QQ

There is no ETA on the issue, but we will be updating this thread when we have more information available. With the information provided earlier, we know what the problem is and working on a resolution as quickly as possible to resolve these issues.

It’s a frustrating issue, and we appreciate everyone’s patience on the matter!

Just came back to game after 2 years. Bought some packs literally 2 hours ago and now can’t even play… Maybe it’s a sign to just leave it uninstalled… :frowning:

I was patient waiting for RoS, ive been patient trying to pull out legendary cards from the packs i buy to build the decks i need. This issue is far past patience my friend. QQ <3
