3+ weeks of closed shop. cant buy anything

So will this ever get fixed? It wasnt big deal but mini set is out and i cant buy it. this has been going on for weeks. first i could not buy bg perks and now miniset coz shop is constantly closed. what the hell is going on?

I had the same problem I found a solution on HPWN. Do it this way:
Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable X86.

I am nowhere tech savvy enough to follow above fix…cmon Hearthstone, when can we have our shop back please! I play Death knight and its killing me not being able to use the location.

I have rhe same problem, shop is closed in game. I cant buy anything. I re-installed the game and the problem remains

ye how about no. they should fix their game and not make us download random stuff i dont even know what it is to my pc to fix their mess up wich has been going on for over month now

How about you keep your pc updated. I bet your graphics driver is still the original from 2018. The fix works and you don’t even have to reinstall the game.

i had already the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable X86 installed then i hav updated the newest version and made a restart and shop is still closed. collection manager is also broken since last update. they didnt fix nothing in the last update.

I reinistalled it twice, it’s a joke and nobody does anything to fix it…they just spoil the fun for a lot of us. It has happened also in the past and it took 2 weeks for them to solve the problem. I think it’s their job to fix it and nobody cares.

Hallo, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 Redistributable X86 installieren dann sollte es wieder klappen. Das andere Visual vom PC deinstallieren. Hat bei mir auch geklappt.

Howdy!

Closing this thread as it’s getting off-topic, the main workaround has been provided multiple times make sure you have installed it Here. Install: vc_redist.x64.exe
Our team is double-checking this issue and investigating it though but the workaround above has many confirmed cases of it fixing the problem.

Shop Closed can also be related to other problems if that doesn’t help:

  1. Windows, graphics, or other drivers not up to date.

  2. Date and time correction.

  3. At the desktop press Windows key + R) Type in: %Appdata% Within the folder that appears Delete the Blizzard folder.

  4. Make sure any anti-virus or firewall software on the system is setup to exclude Hearthstone.
