about Ilucia - its totally another card now! tottaly another effect. Early it gave advantage to opponent as well. He could ruin your moves too, and this was a risk. Now what? you can do anything you want without any risk, that opponent will use your cards against you. And why these changes? - cause developments thought 1 deck? Developers, may be you will think mecanichs on basics of cards that already exist? and players will create decks? Or if you create 1 deck - everyone must play exactly this deck now? and no metter other decks? In what consist the game in this case? If developers create decks for players. Why developers not just create mecanics, that can be realized by DIFFERENT decks in game by players. Why this link only to 1 deck?? Let players create decks, its not a developers buisness. If you change card to be playable only with 1 deck, its a limited step. What we should do now with another decks? Forget about another decks a favor to your favourite one?
its good when developers create mecanics and players create tactics to play. If developers create mecanics and tacticks, what players should do? - only pay for cards?
This has to be something personal against me, Blizzard.
I see no other rational reason for banning my quest walrock deck I have crafted just a couple of days ago from scratch (yes, yes, I accept congratulations on being basic)
Youâll be able to play it after rotation but nerfed to oblivion so it becomes unplayable.
An Where is the Garrote nerf, and celestial nerf??? blizz dont like his own game otherwise they make more for it Failfish!
Blizz said in the patch notes that theyâd change it after rotation for wild.
TLDR. Illucia was used to skip the opponentâs turn. Shadow priest decks found away to manipulate the original effect. Donât blame the devs when players found a way to use the card to give the enemy an empty hand. I feel like the ones defending the old Illucia were just using it, because it was OP in that deck. OP cards get nerfs/reworks, so deal with it.
i was expecting a mechanic rework to keep it close to the old effect
in other card games you cant swap card and give nothing in exchange
why didnt they make it so you need cards in your hand to swap with ?( up as many as you have )
ahah yeah, Im thinking now what if I dust my lock quest and craft mage quest. They cut lock now and upgrade mage xd. and even they delete lock quest from Wild.
Yep⌠Druid simply destroys warlocks with quest and celestial alignment⌠It makes absolutely no sense.
When will this drop?
You deserve it for supporting such a miserable cancerously parasitic deck. Kudos.
All in all I approve of the changes. Mindrenders deletion will be a problem against enemy combo decks, but the quest warrior and hunter should keep them in check for a while.
In battlegrounds, hope the unnerf quillboars a bit more if theyâre still underperforming.
It did? It was brought in most gm lineups last week and is popular at high legend
Talking about deleting warlock quest. Now its posible to dust it for full price. And after 2 hours, when all other quests go Wild, what happend? Warlock quest wont go to Wild, so will it be poddible to dust that card for full price? (I repeat, after almast 2 years, when this expansion goes to Wild)
I imagine theyâll redesign the card before it goes to wild and you may be able to dust it then. Stealer of souls on the other hand they may just dump it in wild w/o changes at first and you probably wonât be able to dust it (untill they nerf it again xD)
This is EXACTLY the moment when you should blame the devs. A proper testing would reveal the cardâs possibilities, and would probably be changed.
However, it is far cheaper to let the actual players to test cards for them, and then patch it later.
They also said you could play any deck you wanted in wild. How is that working out?
Doesnât change the fact that your statement of âwonât be able to use the card at allâ post-rotation is objectively wrong.
So basically you say mindrender Illucia is suppose to be late game disruption but how does copying your opponents card disrupt your opponent?
It doesnât.
